Embrace the journey within


Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga encourages self-study through self-discipline. Developed in Mysore, India, this traditional yoga training style emphasizes individualized practice tailored to a student's particular needs, condition and state of awareness. The self-led practice is based on a series of Ashtanga postures that are coordinated with breath techniques to strengthen the nervous system, realign the body, increase blood circulation and enhance concentration as a way of calming the mind and easing stress.

The teacher circulates energy, giving each student individual correction, support, physical adjustments, and verbal instructions to ensure the full potential of the practice. Nilesh Tiwari oversees the class with attention to each student's needs, caring for the psychosomatic state of the student by placing emphasis on total mind-body suppleness beyond physical flexibility.

Through this class, you will learn how to correct and improve breathing patterns as well as understanding the precision required in the postures to bring health to the body and mind.

Align and Revitalize

The practice of Spine Shakti Yoga brings energy towards liberating the spine, allowing us to experience a healthy body and mind through a healthier spine.

Aimed at all practitioner levels, this class facilitates the process of healing and revitalizing the body through proper posture. Participants will practice a sequence of exercises focused on concentration and balance. You will be guided to observe different parts of the body and achieve a meditative state, with emphasis placed on staying centered, focused, and making controlled movements.

Misalignment allows disease, stress, and strain to affect our bodies, but through Yogic techniques, including asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), we can counteract these effects.

Experience the bliss of Sahaja Yoga, where oneness of emotions leads to a natural state of joy and tranquility. Known as the Yoga of Relaxation, the gentle flow of movements will help you unwind, breathe more consciously, and turn inward. Nilesh will share various relaxation techniques to remove tension that is stored physically and mentally - guiding you to unlock blockages from various parts of your body, releasing tension and stiffness from the muscles and joints. Participants will experience deep renewal and learn practices that can be used in everyday life to create balance.
