CCF Ayurvedic Tea

A simple Ayurvedic digestive drink.
Most people don’t have a complicated digestion problem. They have a rhythm problem. Irregular meals. Too many combinations. Eating while distracted. Over time, the system doesn’t break. Tt just becomes inefficient.
CCF tea is one of the simplest ways to support digestion without forcing it. No extremes. No fasting. No trend. Just a small, consistent intervention that helps the body do what it already knows how to do.
What is CCF Tea
CCF stands for:
Cumin
Coriander
Fennel
Three seeds commonly used in Ayurvedic cooking. When combined and simmered in water, they create a light herbal tea that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps the body process food more efficiently. Nothing dramatic. But effective when used consistently.
Why It Works
In Ayurveda, digestion is not just about food. It’s about how well the body processes everything. When digestion is slightly off, you might notice:
heaviness after meals
bloating
irregular appetite
low, inconsistent energy
CCF tea works by gently supporting digestive function without overstimulating it.
Cumin → supports absorption
Coriander → cooling, reduces excess heat
Fennel → reduces gas and discomfort
Together, they balance without pushing the system too hard.
How to Make CCF Tea (keep this very clean)
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
500 ml water
Method:
Bring water to a boil
Add seeds
Simmer for 5–10 minutes
Strain and drink warm
That’s it.
How to Use It:
Best taken warm
Drink throughout the day or after meals
Can be used daily, especially when digestion feels off
You don’t need to turn it into a ritual. Just make it part of your day.
When It Helps Most
CCF tea is useful when:
you feel bloated or heavy
your appetite is inconsistent
you’ve been eating irregularly
you want something simple to reset digestion
Most people look for big solutions. But digestion doesn’t usually need something big. It needs consistency. CCF tea works not because it is powerful, but because it is simple enough to be used every day.
And that’s where change actually happens.
