Movement Arts

Complementary movement practices that help you explore energy, rhythm, strength, and community alongside your yoga path.

Complementary to yoga

A living environment for energy, awareness, and embodied practice.

Vedic Path is more than a schedule of classes. It is a living environment shaped around energy, daily rhythm, conscious practice, and the way people feel when they move, breathe, eat, rest, and gather with intention.

Yoga remains our foundation. Movement Arts gives you another way to listen to the body and build vitality through practices such as Capoeira, Tai Chi, and other embodied traditions that complement yoga without replacing it.

Try them as an addition to your yoga practice: a place to discover coordination, play, grounded strength, softness, rhythm, and community from a different angle.
